The judging process for The European Women In Construction & Engineering Awards will start with an initial short listing of the nominations based on the information given in the applications. A carefully selected panel of judges will determine the top finalists in each category.
The finalists will then be invited to the judging day where the judges will determine an overall winner in each category.
2023 judges will be confirmed shortly. Judges are selected based on their knowledge, experience and expertise.
If you are interested in being a judge for the awards please email judge@wiceawards.com stating why you are qualified to be on the judging panel. Please note we will only consider judges with 20+ years of working experience in these sectors.
